WILL I FEEL DEPRIVED DURING THE CLEANSE?
Not at all! There are many healthy delicious recipes to choose from, and you may have snacks in between meals. Every meal is delicious and created by my fabulous chef to nourish your body from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or following diet rules. You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are extra snack recipes included!
ARE THERE ANY DANGERS OF REMOVING PROCESSED FOODS FROM THE DIET?
We are removing processed foods from the diet, which is not a nutritional requirement. In fact, it robs the body of vital nutrients! We will be including lots of fresh foods, which is exactly the kind of nourishment that we as humans need for the function of your brain, your liver, your heart and pretty much any important function in your body.
WILL I GET BORED OF EATING RAW?
NO!!! You will not. The side effects might be that your cravings go away, you have more energy and that you feel happier and healthier in your life.
CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM IF I’M PREGNANT OR NURSING?
If you are nursing, I suggest that you add some more healthy plant fats at lunch and dinner, boost your morning smoothie with a scoop of hemp seeds and eat snacks between meals. The most important foods for nursing mothers is to get enough calories from fruit sugars, as this helps to make more healthy breast milk. Too much protein will take away from this. This program does not include any detox-provoking agents, but again, please consult with your doctor before starting this program if you have any health concerns. If you need to slow down the level of detox and healing, pregnant mothers can easily incorporate more cooked foods in their diets.
HOW WILL I FEEL DURING THE PROGRAM?
You are going to feel so healthy and energized it will amaze you! In the beginning, your body may go through a “healing phase” to re-balance and let go of toxicity. It is important to listen to your body throughout this program, and I will be here to support you with that. I will guide you step by step through exactly what can be done to reduce any unwanted symptoms that may, for a small time, appear. This program is completely flexible because we’re here to figure out what works for YOU!
I ALREADY EAT SUPER CLEAN, CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM THIS?
We are constantly bombarded by toxins in our lives – they are everywhere in our environment; air, water & food. Many people who eat very clean already still have room to empty out the pipes of those toxins with an elimination diet and take their healthy habits to the next level. Changing up the foods we eat gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.
