Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Fresh Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk *
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Match Green Tea
  • 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Scoop doTerra Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 drop doTerra Wild Orange Essential Oil

Toppings:

  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Kiwi, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions

In a blender combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Top with banana, raspberries. kiwi and chia seeds.

Enjoy your breakfast!

Notes

If you prefer to make your own almond milk, please soak for 7 hours.

Why do You need to soak Nuts And Seeds?

Nuts and seeds are rich sources of natural oils, vitamins and minerals. However, raw nuts and seeds contain enzyme inhibitors, which block our bodies use of digestive enzymes. Enzymes are unstable; the enzyme inhibitors in all seeds keep the enzymes dormant until germination. So that’s what we mimic in our kitchens through soaking – a germination. The seed absorbs water, begins sprouting (germinating), and the enzymes deactivate the enzyme inhibitors. Soaked (germinated) raw nuts and seeds, then, are excellent sources of digestive enzymes.
