Ladies, it is time we got friendly with our hormones.

From changes in mood and weight, to fatigue and that dreaded PMT, a large percentage of how we feel on a daily basis relies on hormones, except we rarely talk about them.

No, it’s not the most enticing topic but as the old adage goes, “knowledge is power” so it’s time we learnt to love the chemical messengers that whizz around our bodies.

This relaxed women’s wellbeing talk aims to shed some light on achieving better hormone balance through nutrition.

The workshop will cover:

  • The basics of good nutrition for optimum wellbeing
  • An overview of the female hormones
  • The balancing act – foods to include for better hormone balance
  • Detoxing the bad stuff – how to get rid of “bad” hormones that no longer serve a purpose
  • Looking after your body whilst on contraceptives
  • Tips & tricks to take away

Participants will be receiving a Mystery Gift.

Meet Your Host

Jesslyn Lim Holistic Health Coach

Jesslyn Lim is a Certified Health Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She is a strong Early Childhood Advocate and has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. Jesslyn has also completed Yuri Elkaim’s Super Nutrition Academy Certification.

Jesslyn’s holistic approach to health and wellness is helping her clients find balance in all aspects of their lives. She focuses on detoxification and teaches how lifestyle choices can enhance one’s health and wellness.

She is transforming people’s lives by changing their mindset and showing them how magnificent they are inside and out. Jesslyn’s passion is to teach and inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle and lead fuller, more loving and happier lives.

I had never done a detox quite like this one. I found that by Wednesday my sleep improved, and that's a considerable development for me. From an average 3 or 3.5 to 5 and 6 hours. Incredible! I cannot say enough how beneficial solid sleep has been for me! The food is great too, and I have added some new staples into my diet. The Chopped Detox Salad was a huge hit! Thank you so much.

I love the variety of recipes in this 5-day detox for beginners and will definitely add some of them to our families meal rotation. My favorites are the detox hot chocolate, Chia seed banana oatmeal and Squash black bean chili. It was a lot easier to eat clean this week with all of the guidance from the handbook, dozens of recipes and support on facebook.
