This is good news because it means we have the control to prevent or reverse most diseases.
Our food supply is not as healthy as it was 30 years ago / our ancient times, and our bodies are continually assaulted from environmental and food toxins which damage our health. The majority of illnesses are now thought to be caused by inflammation and toxicity and with 70% or more of your immune system in your gut, this means your digestive system is directly related to your current illness and your food and environment are playing a part.

My individual heath & wellness programs focuses on detoxifying your diet and lifestyle from what is causing your health issue, and maximizing your absorption of nutrients. With this two-pronged approach all facets of your health issue are addressed and the results could be life changing.

In-person Coaching

In-Person Health & Nutrition Coaching is available in Singapore.
Not in Singapore? I offer phone via video call consultation and you will still get all the benefits of in-person coaching.

During our time together, you will:

  • Gain an overall sense of awareness of how food affects your health, immune system, mood, and well-being.
  • Uncover the health-gut connection — how your digestive health plays a role in your overall immune health and how to regain it.
  • Discover hidden food intolerances that may be impeding your ability to heal.
  • Uncover which foods and environmental toxins may be sabotaging your health.
  • Understand which foods support a healthy endocrine system and nourish your body’s natural ability to product healthy hormones.
  • Learn about healing foods — what they are, how they benefit you and how to incorporate them into your daily life.
  • Learn about various supplements, vitamins, herbs, and amino acids that may benefit you.
  • Uncover hidden nutritional deficiencies and learn how to correct them.
  • Learn tips and tricks to handling eating out and traveling to maintain healthy eating habits.

Kids and Family Coaching

It is difficult to change your eating habits and lifestyle if your family members are not on board.

When I changed my eating a few years ago, I brought my family along with me on this wild ride. It was not easy or fast, but I found ways to bring this crucial information to my kids and my husband with love, compassion and without judgment.  I have also helped many others to bring healthier eating habits into their homes without causing distress or anguish.

If you’d like to get your family on a healthier track, but do not know where to start and how to do it, you might want to consider having me help you in this transition.

Family coaching includes:

  • going over current diet and help with cleaning out pantry, fridge and hidden stash of junk
  • Organic shopping and cooking ideas
  • healthy meals preparation
  • educational classes and lots of visual help for the kids
  • family meetings to evaluate progress
  • educational lectures and movies to be watched as a family

Note: I do not coach children alone without parents, unless at least one parent has already taken 12 weeks programs or on-line programs and is completely aware of the education I provide.

Fee: S$100 per hour –  I come to your house.

Recommended schedule – meetings twice a month for minimum of 6 months to achieve lasting life style changes and developing better eating habits.

  • Analysis of your meals, nutrition and fitness so we can jointly set goals and keep up on your progress
  • Specific health testing recommendations and review
  • Holistic Health (The whole YOU)– understanding emotional eating triggers, stress, family food, weight and management. Real health is truly holistic and is not just about what you eat but also “what’s eating you”
  • A full discussion and schedule for your Fitness and exercise Goals
  • Structured guidance and education on healthy cooking, meal planning, shopping lists and how to incorporate these elements sustainably into your life
  • Individualized Product recommendations and support
  • Meet at your most frequented grocery store for an educational tour and shopping assistance (local clients only) Clients who are not local will receive a detailed list made to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.
